What to include
Reporting an error. Send the page address and what you believe is wrong. If you have a source, include it. Corrections are checked and, where we got it wrong, fixed and noted on the page. See our Editorial Policy.
Suggesting a topic. Tell us the question you could not find a good answer to. That is exactly how articles get commissioned here.
Privacy requests. For access, correction, deletion or opt-out requests under the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA or similar laws, write to the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before we act. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Permission to reuse content. Short quotations with a link back need no permission. For anything larger, ask.
Commercial enquiries. We do not sell sponsored posts, paid links, guest posts or link insertions, and we do not respond to offers of them. This is not a negotiating position.
Response times
We are a small team. Corrections and privacy requests are prioritised and handled quickly. General questions may take a few days.
What we cannot do
We cannot give individual professional advice. We cannot tell you whether a specific food is right for your specific dog, diagnose a fault in your appliance, or advise on your particular legal or financial situation.
