These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of nexulab.org (the “Site”), operated by Nexulab. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. The content is information, not advice

Everything published here is general information for a general audience. It is not professional advice and it is not tailored to your circumstances.

In particular, nothing on this Site constitutes veterinary, medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Content about animal health is not a substitute for consulting a qualified veterinarian who has examined your animal. Content about home maintenance, tools or appliances is not a substitute for a qualified professional and does not override the manufacturer’s instructions for your specific equipment.

You are responsible for deciding whether anything here applies to your situation.

2. Accuracy

We research what we publish and correct errors when we find them or when they are reported. We do not warrant that content is complete, current or free from error. Software changes, products are reformulated and prices move; an article accurate on its publication date may not be accurate when you read it. Each article displays its publication and last-updated dates for this reason.

3. Acceptable use

You may read, print and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution.

You may not:

  • Copy, republish or redistribute substantial portions of the Site for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Scrape, crawl or harvest the Site by automated means beyond what our robots.txt allows
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any connected system
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or availability

Photographs may be licensed from third-party providers and remain subject to their licences. They may not be extracted and reused independently of our content.

Short quotations with a link back to the source page are permitted and welcome.

You agree to indemnify Nexulab against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the “last updated” date will change. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, where we consider it necessary.

12. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
